PURCHASE TERMS
The regular price of a Quantum Golf Putter is $149 plus $100 Custom Assembly Service Charge, equals a Total Price of $249.
This total price does not include shipping or applicable tax. Your first payment of $100 is for fitting service and paid with order. The balance including merchandise cost, shipping, and applicable tax is paid when the putter is ready for shipment.
APPLICABLE TAX
We consider the first $100 to be service charge and the remainder to be merchandise. By doing this, we fairly categorize our charges and thus minimize the merchandise price for the benefit of those who must pay tax/duty on the price of purchased merchandise. The purchase price does not include Tax or Duty.
- If you are in Arizona, we need to add 9.3% Sales Tax on merchandise.
- If you are anywhere else in the USA, orders are sales tax free.
- If you are outside of the USA, then we include a customs declaration with the shipment which declares the merchandise price. Then if your nation assesses an import duty or value added tax on imported merchandise, your customs officials will require that you pay that assessment before releasing the shipment to you. We have nothing to do with this tax, it is entirely your government that is doing this to you.
SHIPPING CHARGE
We normally ship via United States Postal Service Insured Priority Mail (3-4 day service), but we can expedite your order for an additional charge of $50 and ship it Overnight Express by private courier. Our flat rate shipping charge includes padded packing and a rigid box for damage-free shipping, and insurance in the event the shipment is lost or stolen.
- If you are in Arizona, shipping is a flat rate of $10.
- If you are in any US Mainland State or the Capitol District, shipping is $20.
- If you are in Alaska, Hawaii, or any outlying US Territory, we charge $30.
- If you are in neighboring Canada or Mexico, we charge $40.
- If you are anywhere else in the world, we charge $50.
PAYMENT TERMS
With your order, you will pay a $100 advance deposit to cover the custom assembly service charge. Shortly after we receive your order, we will contact you to verify your custom specification and advise you of the anticipated completion date and shipping charge, and invoice you for the balance that will become due upon completion of your custom putter. When we receive payment of that invoice, we ship your putter out.
PAYMENT METHOD
It is our policy to use PayPal™ for all purchase payments. This because it is a safe and secure method of payment, and this service is capable of processing payments worldwide with almost any credit card and almost any currency. Accordingly, we do not accept payment by any other method including cash or check. This policy is for your security and ours.
DELIVERY PROMISE
It is our policy to assemble and deliver our putters in a timely fashion. Our goal is to get each order ready for shipping within one week of confirming the fitting specification. If it looks like we will not be able to achieve this goal, then we will notify you and give you an expected delivery date; if that date is not satisfactory to you we will accept your order cancellation and issue a full refund of your advance deposit.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
If you become dissatisfied with your Quantum Golf Putter anytime within one year of purchase, you can return it for a full refund of your amortized merchandise cost.
LIFETIME WARRANTY
If any defect might ever arise in your Quantum Putter, we will repair or replace it at no charge; this for as long as you own it
FREE PUTTER COVER
We appreciate knowing where our business comes from, so if you tell us who or what motivated you to become interested in a Quantum Golf Putter, we will include a FREE PUTTER COVER when we ship your putter. Your referral entry could be general like “Internet search” or more specific like entering the Promotion Code of an affiliate, or the name of a golfing buddy who recommended it to you.
